New York City doesn’t exist anymore — at least, not in any meaningful way. All schools have been closed forever and business owners are burning their stores for warmth. All we can do now is gaze upon the destruction with wonder, like Thomas Friedman hopes Muslims do when we bomb them. Here are a few pictures I took with what civilization used to refer to as a photograph machine.
