Bondage-loving RNC fires staffer responsible for bondage field trip

Yesterday’s news that the Republican National Committee reimbursed a $2,000 romp through a Hollywood lesbian/bondage bar really put a smile on my face.  Boy oh boy, I was smilin’.  Well, now it appears Michael Steele has fired the staffer responsible for the GOP’s Big Leathery Adventure, and Erik Brown — the RNC-donor who initially billed the trip — will reimburse the RNC for the choker-filled outing.  The trip itself was an after party for a group of ball-gaggin’ young RNC donors called the “Young Eagles,” a group so elite that the only way in is by making relatively small donations to the Party.

Who are these heroes, these Young Eagles?  The Daily Caller, Tucker Carlson’s combination bowtie catalogue and bondage-porn aggregator, reports that the program is open to anyone younger than 45  who can donate a few thousands dollars — the donation amount increases as the participant gets older — or get their rich friends to donate $15,000 dollars on their behalf (also, 45 seems kinda old).  That’s right — $15,000 gets you a year-long membership with all the associated benefits.  One of those benefits, according to a Young Eagles flyer, is … a blog!  One can only assume that for $15,000 those ladies better be doing some serious S&M to each other on that Young Eagles website.

In the short time it took me to write this, Michael Steele has probably done some new hilarious thing that I must write about this afternoon.  Back to the gasping, zippery Internet.
