Even crazy Mexican-hater Tancredo thinks AZ immigration law goes too far

In all of mainland America, no one has been more vocal in their cartoonish hatred of our southern brown-skinned neighbors than Tom Tancredo, the crazy racist uncle of an already crazy racist party.  He once claimed that illegal immigration threatened the very existence of Western Civilization itself (of which Mexico is not a part), and also that White America should just start fukkin’ bombin’ Muslim holy sites because hey, who can tell any of them apart anyway.

But this guy — THIS GUY — thinks Arizona’s Nazi immigration law goes too far.  Yikes, Arizona.

Tancredo, speaking in Colorado, said that he likes most of the bill (no surprise) but thinks racial profiling is bad (surprise!).

Tancredo applauds the law in that Arizona took control of enforcing laws the federal government hasn’t enforced.

But he questions how police can stop people for any reason. “I do not want people here, there in Arizona, pulled over because you look like [you] should be pulled over,” says Tancredo. [emphasis added.]

When Tancredo and Sharpton wind up on the same page you can be quite certain you’ve screwed the pooch.
